2. Personal Data We Collect
This site has no visitor accounts; no membership or profile data is collected. We process only what you send us:
- Quotation and contact form: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content
- Newsletter subscription: e-mail address
- Blog comment: name and e-mail address
- Feedback form: your comments and contact details if provided
- Technical records: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookie records
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to answer quotation and information requests, determine the packaging solution that fits your technical requirements, send newsletters and announcements, moderate blog comments, maintain site security and produce visit statistics. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal Basis
Processing relies on the legal grounds set out in article 5/2 of the KVKK — necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest — and, for newsletter subscriptions, on your explicit consent.

6. Transfers to Third Parties

Quotation and contact records are retained for the period required by legislation following the end of the commercial relationship; newsletter records for as long as your subscription continues; technical records for at most twelve months. At the end of these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified, and to claim compensation for damages.
