Printed Packaging

Packaging is the customer's first contact with your product. Printing turns that contact into a brand: logo, product name, contents, usage instructions, barcode and legal warnings all travel on the pack. Poşetsan Date does not outsource printing; the multi-colour flexo unit sits in our own plant, next to the lines that make the packaging.

The practical consequence is that there is no additional supplier between printing and production. Colour setting, print placement and film structure are arranged under one roof, so a correction does not turn into a week of back and forth.

Flexo is the most suitable method for high-volume work on polyethylene. As the number of colours rises the plate cost rises with it while the cost per printed unit falls, which is why a simple two-colour design is more economical on small batches and a multi-colour design on large ones. We can work out where that threshold falls for your quantity and tell you.

Print preparation needs a vector logo file, the Pantone references for the colours and the barcode number. If you have no design, we can advise on dimensions and placement; production starts once you approve the print proof.
